This is a demonstration of the OpenChat System.
Experience seamless communication between clients and support agents with multi-agent join, whispers, and real-time sync.
How to Test:
- Step 1: Open Agent Dashboard in a new tab. Login and toggle ONLINE.
- Step 2: Click the chat bubble (bottom-right) on this page to start a chat as a Client.
- Step 3: Watch the request appear in the Agent Dashboard. Click Join to chat.
- Step 4: Try End Chat or F5 refresh to test persistence!
